• Do ice-breaking activities among Lumos Cookies members

• Assign work to research the type of business our group wants to do

WEEK 2

• Discuss the type of business our group wanted to do

• Decided to start our business in category cookies

• Decided our group name as “Lumos Cookies” which Lumos means light in Harry Potter and it also means we bright for our customers.

WEEK 3

• Started to assign position / department for every group member

• Finding cookies supplier

• Arrange work for every group member

• Starting to create website, Facebook, Instagram account for Lumos Cookies

WEEK 4

• Member who in charges of part production starting to design posters, photo and videos

• Department marketing managing and stay active on social media

• Register in SSM (003395319-D)

WEEK 5

• Found Dr Nur Izzati Binti Mohamad Anuar as mentor

• Doing promoting work

• Post more unique and newer photo in social media

• Make product sales

WEEK 6

• Keep active on manage social media

• Design new seasonal posters for Ramadan and Hari Raya

• Post-editing of web pages.

• Create new video for promoting our products

• Create new banner for Lumos Cookies

• Review for improvement

• Upload more poster in IG and FB

• Choosing presenter for present
